DESCRIPTION:
I created the username "Installation1" on Twitter. I do not tweet on this account (except a few times to describe the rules of this project at the begginning of the show.)
I have publicized this project outside of twitter before the first day of the show and continue thereafter.
I only follow all the people that chose to follow the "Installation1" username.
I gather all the tweets of all the people I follow and print out on translucent paper (1x5in. strips).
I bring the tweets on the paper to the gallery each day and drop over the same spot on the floor every day.
The pile of tweets grows each day with no limit, it's size depending on the number of followers of this project.
I will update the “Installation1” image icon on Twitter daily with a photograph of the installation from the same point. (also here)
At the end of the installation the tweets are glued together into a sphere.
